Erik what would you recommend for new investors? Like if you set up an instant financial freedom package for an average new RE investor, what would it look like? or even a plan to attain that over time, how would it work? what would an average investor need to start? Love to see an explanation on how to do that.

I think that you can get rent to own homes and have these rented out as well, making them cash flow properties. This is especially true for plexes, where you can live in one unit and rent out the others.
